I love you Daddy...Rest in Peace.....Updated post..see below...June 2, 2010

Hi again....My post below explains why I have been missing in action. Please know that I am thinking of all of you and miss creating so much...Right now I am slowly picking the pieces up of my heart and putting it back together. My Daddys funeral is June 10th and it will give me a bit of closure to not say goodbye, but see ya later until we are united once again in the arms of our savior...Your friendships and love mean so much to me...I will be back as soon as I can, Tight hugs to all....Krista
I write with great sadness in my heart today...My Daddy passed away.  I want to thank all of you for your prayers and support you have shown me.  I will miss you Daddy and your big beautiful blue eyes.  I will miss the laughter we shared together, but most of all I will miss the love that you always expressed to me, there was never a phone call or a visit that you didn't tell me that you loved me. I will cherish the times we spent together, sledding as a child with Missy and I, trips Up-North, Feeding the ducks on Sunday, Our Motorcycle rides and our dinners together and so so much more.   The picture below is of my Daddy and I almost 11 years ago at my wedding, the other picture is of my DD Belle when she was first born, I know that you are at peace now and once again you are reunited with Val (my Stepmother)....and you are together forever.  I am and always will be your little baby.  I love you so much Daddy....Your Daughter, Krista Jo-el

Ready 2 Rock

Hello all! today is BBTB2....So if you have a little girl in your house like I do she just loves Miss Hannah Montana. I really do feel like she is a pretty good gal for the moment that Hannah......at least the Disney show rocks....So we r on board at my house with this show...(I have even found a chuckle or two coming out of my mouth)...So this week we were asked to create something with the HM cart. (Ready 2 Rock)...I haven't really crafted that much in the last months due to lots of stuff going on. My dad at the moment is still hanging on, but it is a very horrible thing to watch. My Babies...

Happy late Mothers Day friends....My Babies made me the cutest handmade gifts. My daughter typed me a beautiful poem and made me a darling handmade necklace. Baby A made me a picture with our family in it...So cute. I have learned so much from these two gifts in my life. I am super happy to have been blessed with being Mommy to two beautiful children..I hope you all had a great day with the ones u love...

HI...It's BBTB2 Time

Today is one of my favorite Days. Geez! not because it is Monday, but because it is BBTB2 time. This leaf off of Life's a Beach is so cute. I love in the Summer time when these cute little fuzzy creatures are crawling all over. I wanted to add this sweet little caterpillar to my project. Hello friends!
Today was a bittersweet time for me in my life. Belle's communion was today and I was very emotional. I am so proud of my little girl as she is growing up and is an excellent student as well as having a very old soul at the age of seven, with so much faith!!!!!!  it is amazing and has to sometimes remind me about God's love and his decisions for each of us. The bitter moment for me was that my dad who is suffering from cancer couldn't be there to see her on her special day. Time with my father is going to be very short as it is God's decison when the gates will open and welcome my father home. As I sat in the pew today and watched my seven year old, tears flowed down my face and I was reminded again how very special each of our relationships are with one another. I will spend the last days with my dad and try and remind myself of the memories that I will always have and treasure forever. I wanted to share these pictures of Belle and her daddy today with you, I hope you don't mind? They made me think of the times I have had with my father in my life. Thanks for letting me share. Ps.  It is really hard for me to open up sometimes and share my feelings, this blog has helped me let some emotions out....(smile)
