Today is all about Planners. I love to plan, I feel like if I don’t plan I get all nervous and frazzled. The Cutting Cafe has the cutest planner files. I used a planner about Food. The Food Journal. It’s a new year, so it is time to make those resolutions and actually stick to them.

what a great idea. I never would have thought to use a planner to track food. maybe that will help me get on track.
