Happy Spring Time Friends! Thank God the weather is getting warmer...Sigh!!!!! Today is the day I share with you a cute project done for~~~~~~~~~~~The Cutting Café~~~~This darling little Tulip Picnic Basket card is sure to get you ready to pack up the family and head for a wonderful, Spring day at the park.
